A round of corrections included in every packageWe want you to love the result. How many rounds and changes are included is written on every package. And so there is no doubt:
- What is a round of corrections?One consolidated request after you receive the film, in which you write us everything you would like changed. We make the changes and send a corrected version.
- What is a change?One request within the round: swap a photo, fix a caption or the greeting, change the song, the order or the pace. Three changes are, for example, a different photo, a different song and one caption fixed.

This is a product that works with family photos, sometimes of children. So here is how it works, with no small print.
- Private storage, and your photos only for your filmWhile you build, the film plays in your browser. When you continue to the order the photos go to private storage, are used only to make the film, and are deleted under the privacy policy.

When you continue to the order they are uploaded to private storage and wait for the payment to complete — an unpaid order is deleted automatically within 30 days. After the order they are used only to make your film, and are deleted 90 days after delivery together with the film — download it and keep a copy.

What’s worth knowing before you order.
How many photos do I need?
From 2 photos up to 30. Most films are built from 10 to 20 — enough to tell a journey, not so many that it stops being moving.
How long is the film?
From The Personal Film (up to about 1:20 minutes) to The Event Film (up to about 4:15 minutes). The length follows the number of photos and the pace you choose — and you see it before you order.
How long does it take to receive the film?
4 business days from the moment the order is complete and paid. You choose your photos here on the site before paying, so the clock starts right after payment. In a hurry? Add “Delivery within 24 hours” and receive the film within 24 hours.
What if I don’t like the result?
A round of corrections is included: tell us what to change, and we change it. And if something really does not fit — write to us within 14 days of delivery and we sort it out together, in line with the cancellation policy.
Can I ask for corrections?
Yes. Every package includes a round of corrections — one consolidated request for changes. How many rounds and changes is written on the package: from One round of corrections · up to 3 changes to 2 rounds of corrections · up to 7 changes. Simply reply to the e-mail that comes with the film.
What happens to my photos once the film is ready?
While you build, they are in your browser; when you continue to the order they go to private storage. They are used only to produce the film, and are deleted automatically 90 days after delivery. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Which photos work best?
Photos where the faces are clearly visible — the sharper and larger the photo, the better the result. Old scanned photos work beautifully too.
Can I screen the film at the event?
Yes. The film arrives as an HD MP4 file, and you can play it on any screen, projector or TV — and send it on WhatsApp.
Can you restore an old or damaged photo?
Yes. Restoring and reviving old photos is part of the service. The result depends on the condition of the original — the more complete and clear the photo, the more accurate the restoration. More about photo restoration →
Can I choose the music, or upload a song of my own?
Both. The studio has a song list — the 100 songs most played at celebrations, and songs we add — and you choose the film’s song from it. A song with a recording on the site can be heard before you choose; any other is added to the film in production. Not there? Write which song, and we will try to add it. You can also upload a song of your own as an MP3; you then confirm that you may use it in a private film.
Can I use photos of my children?
Yes, when you are the parents or guardians, or have their consent. The photos are used only to make your film: no one but the person editing it sees them, they are not used for advertising or for training systems, and they are deleted automatically after delivery. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I receive the film?
By e-mail — a personal link to watch and download an HD MP4 file. Keep a copy of your own, and send it on WhatsApp to everyone who was there.
