How long does it take to receive the film?

4 business days from the moment the order is placed. You choose your photos here on the site before paying, so the clock starts straight away. In a hurry? Add “Delivery within 24 hours” and receive the film within 24 hours.

What photo quality do I need?

The sharper and larger the photo, the better the result. Old scanned photos work beautifully too.

Can you restore an old or damaged photo?

Yes. Restoring and reviving old photos is part of the service. The result depends on the condition of the original — the more complete and clear the photo, the more accurate the restoration.

Can I ask for corrections?

Yes. One round of corrections is included in every package — simply reply to the e-mail that comes with the film.

What happens to my photos once the film is ready?

Your photos are kept on a secure server and used only to produce your film. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
